2. Property Consultation Services
All consultation or advisory service fees paid to Bari Realty are non-refundable, as these services involve immediate time, expertise, and resource allocation.
However, if a payment has been made in error or duplicated, we will review and process a refund after verification.
3. Property Bookings / Token Amounts
- Any token amount or booking advance paid for property reservations is subject to the builder’s or developer’s refund policy.
- Bari Realty acts only as a facilitator between the buyer and the developer and cannot guarantee refunds once the payment has been transferred to the developer or builder.
- Buyers are requested to verify all project terms and conditions before making booking payments.
4. Marketing or Promotional Services
If you purchase digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation services through Bari Realty Marketing Solutions, please note:
- All payments for these services are non-refundable once the campaign or automation setup begins.
- Refunds will only be issued if a service is not initiated due to a technical issue or scheduling error on our part.
- In such cases, the client must raise a request within 7 days of payment via contact@barirealty.in.
5. Cancellation Requests
To cancel a booking, service, or consultation:
- Send a written request to contact@barirealty.in mentioning your name, contact number, payment ID, and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellations will be reviewed and processed as per this policy within 7–10 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways or third-party providers.
7. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after consultation or campaign initiation.
- Unsatisfactory results due to market conditions or lead response rates.
- Non-cooperation or delay in providing required details or documents.
- Any cancellation request received after the specified time frame.
8. Third-Party Services
If you engage in services, advertisements, or property transactions through third-party partners, their individual refund and cancellation policies will apply.
Bari Realty shall not be liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.
